Star Warz
My youngest son Archie just watched Star Wars today for the first time, so I was inspired to show you this. It's the first page of a story that I did with two friends, Peter and David, after we saw the original film when it came out in the UK in 1978. I saw it on my 13th birthday and was obsessed with the film from then on. We'd started making film parody comics starring ourselves a few months earlier. I'm the kid with glasses and the stripey hoodie. I was a fashion plate even back then...

Judge Dredd
I've spent the last couple of days working on stuff I'm not allowed to show yet, so here's some old stuff instead. Here's a detail of an Dredd sample page I draw 20 or so years ago. It's one of the pieces I showed Bryan Talbot which got me into working for 2000AD.

Been away to London for a couple of days, so haven't done any work for a while. Did this drawing this morning though as a gift for my hairdresser's little boy who's mad on Spider-man.
